The Bugtown datacron was +4 Aim for my Jedi Consular (which is a meaningless upgrade for that toon). Most sites have it listed as +Wisdom. The location for the chest is actually towards the center of the map on the broken bridge north of camp X:190 Y:-341 and not in the mountains as is listed here.

the description for the starport datacron is very inaccurate should read
Head down south trail from starport
near the end of that road is an elite gundark at x:772 y:72d9 z:121
go just nw of that elite and you will see the little path that leads into/under the mountain and follow it to the end for a +2 Prescence datacron
:)

Taris green matrix shard. In the rakghouls lair on the lowest level there is a control panel that cause air to shoot out of a big box next to a ramp. Need 2 people for this one btw. One of you get on the box and the other pushes the control panel, up you go onto the pipe. You should see the datacrons in front of you on a platform. Run down the pipe and jump down to the platform. Enjoy.
