Rumors have it that Cpt. BetaCake was once a mere mortal. In human years he would be 28 years old. Nowadays, he finds peace in sharing gaming news and leaks.

  • Not in the beta!

Love Mass Effect, not sure any of the games have been long enough to justify a collector’s edition though. Don’t get me wrong a ton of fun, but I’ve beaten the other two in a week or less.

CE in SWTOR = yes, ’cause you can show off for years; single player game will be beaten in 2 weeks and forgotten, maybe for the physical stuff… but you don’t get much of it here.

Still though, it’s only 20 extra bucks unlike TOR’s extra 100 so for what it comes with I’d enjoy it I suppose. Idk I see your point though

SWTOR also cost 13-15 bucks a month. So that comes out to hundreds of dollars for “years” were as this stays the same financially. Though I wish they included more digital stuff in these items, because then I would actually buy them. I dont need more junk lying around.

I agree, you get physical items (a Statue, books, music CD, map, security key, and a freak’n statue!), not to mention all the other ingame stuff AND get exclusive access to the VIP lounge…

Although if its true what they say that players with 1mill of credits can get in now….. I. Will. Cry.

Mass Effect 3 will be good, but I understand that once i beat it a few times for the Achievements…That I am done til the next DLC a few weeks/months down the line

Least with TOR I can play 100+ hours with just one class

Idk about you guys but…$15 a month for a 100+hrs sounds alot better to me than me spending about $30+ to sit a movie for just 2-3 hours…and that’s not adding in the disappointment of being bored and not getting any “action” later :-/

Fry: “Shut up and take my money!”

      PS
And to all the Nay-Sayers out there saying this is bad…..Seriously, now can a game with a page full of accolades and awards be bad???

EA gets an idea and sticks with it, across all genres apparently. Looks like ME will be EA’s biyear RPG money grab

    • Amage

ME was planned to be a trilogy from the very beginning, before ME1 even came out, and they’ve made it pretty clear that ME3 is the last installment of Shepards story.

      • Killuminati

ahh, I did not know this, thanks for the info. Hopefully they’ll stop at 3 and not get the green ($).($) eyes

  • Batto

ME3 will be a nice game but “Origin” dont worth it.
