Diablo III : Opening Cinematic

Blizzard’s upcoming masterpiece and continuation of the epic Diablo series, Diablo III, has now an opening cinematic which was just revealed at Spike TV Video Game Awards. Enjoy watching !

    the first part seems like they are copying the “GW2 concept art style” of cinematics. actually the first 20 secs or so are taken directly from two GW2 cinematics from the bird to the polearms/swords left in the ground in the wake/aftermath of battle. the trailer showed promise until it transitioned to CGI. /sigh

      I highly doubt the game will fail. Knowing Blizzard as i do from past games, D3 will most likely be very “tight” in all aspects and the RMT auction house they are implementing will bring a lot of people in.

      This cinematic though is extremely underwhelming, it gives that feeling that you have seen it before countless times. Very generic, very…cliche. The execution quality though, is very good.

    Nothing has changded since Diablo I. Big boss in the end and click click click…and buying and selling epic trash at AH of course that’s considered new.

        Because that is the business strategy of the large gaming companies. They will continue to make these games as long as the lemmings of the gaming world keep buying them. Players need to smarten up and vote with their wallets.

    Seriously? That cinematic looks like s***. It looks like the the opening to WoW’s next expansion. Not nearly as good as Diablo 2′s. NOT EVEN CLOSE. Fail again, Blizz.
